How long should I use LUMVOO
- For 670nm red light sessions, we generally recommend 10–15 minutes per session, 2–3 times per week.
- For 40Hz light rhythm mode, daily use of up to 60 minutes is commonly recommended. Sessions may be divided throughout the day as long as the total usage time is around 60 minutes.
- For 480nm blue light sessions, many users incorporate 20–30 minute sessions during the morning or daytime as part of their daily wellness routine.
